Information we collect
Our website does not store contact-form submissions on our web server. When you complete the enquiry form, your browser prepares a WhatsApp message containing your name, phone number, selected service, optional budget and project details. Review that message in WhatsApp and tap Send to contact us. WhatsApp processes the information under its own privacy policy; we use the enquiries you send to discuss your project and follow up with you.
Third-party services
If you choose to contact us using WhatsApp, Instagram, email or Google Maps, those providers process information under their own privacy policies.
Analytics and cookies
We count actions such as phone-link clicks, WhatsApp-link clicks, consultation-link clicks and preparation of a WhatsApp enquiry message. The website sends only an action name and a page filename to our own server. Daily totals are stored outside the public website directory; names, phone numbers, message contents, visitor identifiers and URL query parameters are not included in these totals. These counts do not confirm that a message was sent, received or became a sale. No analytics cookies or third-party advertising trackers are included. Hosting providers may maintain ordinary access logs under their own policies.
Security
The website uses restrictive browser security headers. Aggregate action totals are kept outside the public website directory. Hosting configuration and HTTPS remain important parts of security. To discuss or request removal of information you have sent to us, contact us on WhatsApp.
